I am Ahmed Nabil ElKomy, born in May 1984 in Jordan, and I hold Egyptian citizenship. I reside in Alexandria, Egypt, where I graduated from the University of Alexandria, Faculty of Engineering, Architecture Department, with a bachelor's degree in architecture in 2006.

As the Head of Design, I bring extensive experience in Architectural and Interior Design and planning, combined with top management and technical expertise across all phases of design and production. With a proven track record of leading and managing design studios, I have successfully delivered projects throughout the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Libya, and Egypt.

I am an internationally award-winning architect, known for designing top-tier projects across a wide range of mixed-use developments. My portfolio includes master planning, residential, hospitality, commercial, resorts, villas, pavilions, and landscaping, ensuring that every fine detail is meticulously captured in each design.

I am responsible and accountable for the operational strategy and production, overseeing the recruitment and supervision of all employees. I provide leadership and mentorship to foster a team-based environment, ensuring the successful execution of projects.

My expertise lies in strong conceptual schematic design skills, with broad experience in planning, detailing, designing (Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape), project management, consulting, and coordinating projects in both the public and private sectors. I have a proven record of client satisfaction, exceptional communication, public relations, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with an extensive knowledge of codes and building systems. My ability to identify clients' project goals, objectives, and quality expectations allows me to deliver complex projects on time, from conception through completion.
